You can’t put yourself out there, (the net), and not expect criticism. You’ll have to accept others think differently than you and not everyone will like you. Don’t go picking a fight one /b/ either, kids do that, and people with chips on their shoulders. If you have something to prove then do it through actions, not taunts. Think of all your role models, which ones were all talk? And while mental health doesn’t affect your intelligence, going off on a neurotic rant doesn’t help convey it. Just my 2 cents, nothing more.

I forgot to add this in the comment section of the feministing site, but I thought I should probably tell you why they are doing this to you. Simply put, you are easy to pick on and you represent something that Anon hates. This would not happen to do with you being a “regular, run of the mill feminist, Jewish, bisexual, socialist, teenage girl,” at least not for the reasons that you might think. No, what bothers Anon is that you are, in their eyes, a self righteous idiot with a pointless chip on your shoulder.
I am not trying to imply that you are an idiot, simply that you look like one to them. I mean, look at it this way: when a large portion of your time is spent online, you tend to develop an eye for people who are a bit full of themselves. Simply put, they want to deflate you, solely for the lulz.
Also, you WILL be an idiot if you don’t let this go. Just take it in stride and remember that if is very likely that no one who knows you is actually in on this-but if you keep it up, it might just spread.
